Crime Scene Investigation
During this project we were given a crime scene that we needed to investigate and find out who the true perpetrator was. We used many different techniques that Crime Scene Investigators use to draw our conclusions. Some of these techniques were DNA Fingerprinting, fingerprinting, tire track matching, and blood spatter analysis. All of these helped us find out who the real killer was.
My favorite part of this project was when we were using the techniques to find out specific parts of the scene. My favorite technique specifically that we used was the fingerprint fuming because it seemed like it was the most like how they do it in reality. The other ones seemed like they were a little different from how they are done by the professionals and this one just seemed like the real thing.
Next time I would use more time at the crime scene so that I could have seen every little detail. When we did it this time there were very few things that I noticed because we had very little time to investigate. Other than that I think this project went very well and nothing could have really been changed or different.
